TV Install January 16, 2010 Reviewer: Mike Witowski from Pgh, PA.   Very pleased with this installation. Tech called in advance to set-up appointment and make sure we had everything we needed for a successful install. As a result of this call I discovered I should have a long HDMI cable. I went out in advance of the install to purchase this from a retail store. Tech showed up on time and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My older house presented some unique problems for this install but the tech was able to make some modifications on the fly and overcome them for a successful install. Great Service! January 16, 2010 Reviewer: Joe Gambles from IA   My installer (Steve) came to my house last weekend and did a great job. I wanted to make sure he gets recognition as I'm disabled and he was able to do everything just the way I wanted. These guys are VERY responsive! January 16, 2010 Reviewer: John Deke from Undisclosed   I had an installation done by these guys and I was impressed by how responsive they were. They were very flexible in scheduling the appointment and I did not have to wait long at all to get an appointment (I got an appointment exactly when I wanted -- 10-12 on a Saturday morning). The installer was polite and professional. There was one small mistake on the initial visit which I e-mailed the Zip people to complain about. I was pleasantly surprised that I received both an e-mail and friendly, earnest phone call the same day (it was a Sunday even!). Within two days, the installer was back to fix the problem. He wasn't cranky about it at all -- he apologized for the mistake, did a great job of addressing the issue, and I'm very happy with the whole thing. My attitude is that mistakes are going to happen -- we're all human. What really separates the great companies from everyone else is how they handle their mistakes. These guys worked hard to earn my business, and I'm doubly impressed that they did it while charging such a low price. In a way, I'm almost glad that this little mistake was made, because it showed me how this company handles adversity -- they handle it well. Very impressive! My TV Installation January 15, 2010 Reviewer: Mr. Charles Woods from San Francisco   I am pretty sure that I got what I paid for.  It felt kind of expensive at first but I feel better after the installer guy spent 4.5 hours doing the work and he had a helper with him.  Our TV really looks like it is floating. Average Service, Job Done, Missing wire December 19, 2009 Reviewer: Kyle James from Ft. Lauderdale   The tech was good, I was confused and I thought this package came with the HDMI wires.  Maybe my fault but I had to run and buy one while the installer waited for me.  Maybe you guys should offer the cables as part of this package, unless the customer already has them.  Who knows, just a suggestion Thank you for your feedback on this review.
