Sent these people to my elderly parents in Indiana. Was worried about strangers in the house because I'm in Texas. The guy was great explained everything to my parents in terms they could understand. He was there for hours, did everything was supposed to do. I was on the phone with him during his visit. Unfortunately the computer is old and in bad shape he was not able to do much repair, which I already knew I work on my mothers computer remotely but I needed someone professional to go out there and prove that to my mother. He tried everything but the damage was just too great. I was able to convince my mother that the hard drive was shot. This guy was friendly, knowledgeable. I recommend them to others. Looked at other companies and the starting fee was the total cost for this company's service. Great job. Worth every penny.

The technician arrived at my home at the appointed time. He called the night before to insure I was expecting him at 9AM. That's dandy compared to a 4 hour span of time that a tech might be their and then arrives at the last hour placing a person in an ackward position to get other things done as planned.
The professionalism of the tech was excellent especially since my service work was to restore a vital part of my daily business system. I was concerned that the computer would never work with the virus affecting it. The comfort of a very methodical approach was used that gave me a sense that my computer system would be just fine after the repair. The tech was not hurried and methodically repaired my computer system.
I will recommend your service to friends who run into computer problems.

Virus was Risky January 16, 2010

I knew i had a horrible virus and I heard from a co-worker that a virus could be sending my credit card info to bad guys.  I use citibank for banking and I was concerned about them stealing my info.  I bought this service and the tech did find 2 viruses on my windows machine.  It took him 2 hours to clean them off and he installed the free software that comes with this package.  I feel much better now.

My computer was a mess January 16, 2010

The repair guys first words were, "Your computer is a mess."  That scared me at first but by the time he was done, I would almost say it now works like brand new.  Great service and they didn't even hit me up for more money, that was my boiggest fear.  I have had other companies try to bait and switch, these guys get 5 stars for a great service.

Seemed to good to be true, I ordered this at 9 oclock Florida time and the fixer guy rang my doorbell at 11:20 the same morning.  He fixed the Error thing in about 20 minutes and he did some other things since he fixed it so fast.  Our computer (which is 5 years old) is faster and better than expected.
