Thank you! August 19, 2009 Reviewer: Brian F. from Chisholm, MN   My parents had a GIGANTIC old tube tv that needed to be taken out of their home. As an anniversary gift, I purchased a much smaller LCD to have mounted in their bedroom. The Zip technicians did such a wonderful job...they were very clean, polite, and on time. They didn't talk a whole lot and got the job done quickly. After the install, they removed the old tv without hesitation and brought it to a certified recycling facility. I was very impressed by the high standards that Zip has for their technicians and would absolutely use them again in the future. Was this review helpful to you?

Polite and Clean August 12, 2009 Reviewer: Nancy and Jason from Midland, MI   We were most impressed with the two recycling technicians (Bob and Roger) who picked up our TV for recycling. They introduced themselves as they entered, started to remove their shoes--we told them no need to do that, were most polite as they lifted the very heavy TV, had neat attire and drove shiny new vehicles. Bob seemed to be the lead tech (handled all the paper work) and when we offered a tip, he politely refused and responded the he could not accept a tip. Good service June 8, 2009 Reviewer: Norma H from Maine   2 gentlemen from zip express came out to install my new LCD TV.  I had a large TV that was 15 years old.  It was cased in wood and very heavy.  The technicians were able to get it out of my basement through the house out to their van.  I was very impressed.  I asked them to deliver it to my local church to be donated and they were more than happy to honor my request.  I would recommend zip.  Nice young men that provided service with a smile.
