They came in and set up my Wii on my network. I now have a news channel and some other cool features that I didn't know existed. I had to laugh out loud when my son managed to get Mr T as his character through a channel. Good stuff......Thanks

I had purchased a Sony Playstation 3 for my children for Christmas. We set it up ourselves and it worked fine until my kids wanted to play an "online" game. We called for help and Zip informed us that the playstation had a wireless receiver built in. Not knowing anything about it, I had them come out. They set everything up and it works perfectly! I didn't even know it had this. Thanks again Travis!
