The technician arrived at my home at the appointed time. He called the night before to insure I was expecting him at 9AM. That's dandy compared to a 4 hour span of time that a tech might be their and then arrives at the last hour placing a person in an ackward position to get other things done as planned.
The professionalism of the tech was excellent especially since my service work was to restore a vital part of my daily business system. I was concerned that the computer would never work with the virus affecting it. The comfort of a very methodical approach was used that gave me a sense that my computer system would be just fine after the repair. The tech was not hurried and methodically repaired my computer system.
I will recommend your service to friends who run into computer problems.

wii running great January 8, 2010

I bought a wii for my kids and wanted to surprise them on Christmas morning when they woke up.   Zip was more than helpful as their local installer Luke was able to meet me at my house when the kids were at church on Christmas Eve and he was able to get everything working.  Luke and I even played a few games.  When the kids got home from church they didn't know anything about wii as they went straight to bed.  The next morning I awoke to my screams of excitement as "Santa" had brought the one thing they both wanted.  I can't believe I was able to get someone to my house at 9pm on Christmas Eve but the people at Zip are very dedicated and they absolutely made my Christmas.  Thank you so much for making our Christmas season!
