Great Service December 31, 2010

These guy did a great job at installing my tv on the wall. I really enjoyed the service, but found it to be pretty pricey compared to other companies I've dealt with in San Diego. Visolution TV @ (858) 224-3140 charges half rate and does the same job. Anyhow the installers came on time and was very friendly.

I want to thank Dave,my Zip contact person and Gary and his son Joe,my installers,for making my home theater project a success.I was extremely nervous dealing with a company that I've never heard before.I told Dave if you make my first experience the best experience,you will have a customer for life.And he did just that.  The guys he send out did a great job.The Zip contractors,Gary and his son Joe were unlike any contractors I have ever dealt with.They very professional,very knowledgeable,on time,and were very willing to meet my needs and get the job done. These guys were determine to meet my busy schedule.So determined,my install took 2 days and these guys came out on Labor Day for the 1st day and a week later on Monday at 800pm.that's unheard of.Contractors working on labor day and late evening hours. So if you're in the Philly area or I guess the Delaware Valley, and you decided to hire Zip Express,make sure you ask for the father and son team,contractors Gary and his son Joe.

I ran into trouble and had to reschedule (several times).  Zip worked with me and the installers were professional.  They treated my inner city install the same as they would in a half million dollar home.  It's rare to get such service in this type of industry and I'm telling all my friends about zip

Install in Lift Cabinet April 14, 2010

Our technician, Chris, was just finishing the install and came across an issue with our lift. We asked him to check a few of the connections within the lift to help us diagnose.  The troubleshooting took an extra 2 hours (trip to the hardware store + $5 part).
We would also like to say that this tech was OUTSTANDING! He went above and beyond any expectations to make sure that we were satisfied. Please be sure to compensate him for his efforts and give him a pat on the back for how he represents your company.

Excellent Service March 10, 2010

The contractor you sent to my home was absolutely wonderful. He came with his wife and together after 8 hours of working, explaining every thing he was doing, had the TV up and running.

They were the most pleasant, informative and considerate couple I have ever had do any maintenance in my home since moving to Delaware.

They were so relaxed and seemed at ease and they were humorous.

My husband  and I definitely would recommend them to our family/friends.

They are an asset to your company, thank you for sending them to do the installation.
