Great work January 8, 2010 Reviewer: Steve Renck from Tempe , AZ   My old projector broke and I had a presentation in two days with clients flying in to finalize a deal.  I did not have the time to spend shopping or finding a contractor so I went online and found Zip installs.  I spoke to Tom who understood my situation and that this was VERY time sensitive.  Tom was able to overnight a new projector to me and the installer was at my office at 11am the next morning.  Everything was completed on time for my presentation and I can't thank Tom and Ray the installer enough for their fast and efficient service.  I wanted to write so these employees will be recognized for their superior work.   Thanks, Steve R Was this review helpful to you?

Very Impressive! August 21, 2009 Reviewer: Grant Family from IA   Our installation could not have gone more smoothly. We placed our order with Zip by speaking with an extremely qualified salewoman and had all of the product we needed shipped right to our door step. The technicians were wonderful. I could not have asked for a more professional, polite, and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE team to come to our home. Professional Install June 3, 2009 Reviewer: Chris T from New York, NY   I was responsible for allocating a company to install audio video equipment in our company boardroom.  I had 3 companies come out and give me a quote for the work.  zip express installation was not the cheapest, but they made me look good.  The technician impressed and educated me so much the day of the consultation that I knew that zip would be the best value.  I was right! zip was able to help us decide exactly what equipment to purchase and they were out the same week to install it.  I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but I feel that this service warranted the effort.  Thanks again zip! Installation is great, but... March 6, 2009 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Sugar Land, TX United States   The installers cannot add a wall outlet near your ceiling mount project.  So I have to hire an electrician to do that. Right now there is an ugly power cord from the projector to the closest wall outlet 8 ft. away. I hope Zip Express can make clear to potential customers that you need to prepare a wall outlet before the installers come. Other than that the installation is great. Was this review helpful to you?
