I must say that I am very impressed with the work that they did for our living room.  Installer was Ray and he had a helper that I didn't catch his name.  They were very nice and they were very careful to not let my spastic dogs run out the front door when that entered and exited.  I bought this from the Amazon referral because of the coupon and I am 100% impressed and satisfied.  PL

I would not recommend this service. The installer was not friendly and very unhelpful. The components were not hooked up and the "wire concealment" strip fell down as soon as the installer left. Not worth the $$$.

TV Install January 16, 2010

Very pleased with this installation. Tech called in advance to set-up appointment and make sure we had everything we needed for a successful install. As a result of this call I discovered I should have a long HDMI cable. I went out in advance of the install to purchase this from a retail store. Tech showed up on time and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My older house presented some unique problems for this install but the tech was able to make some modifications on the fly and overcome them for a successful install. I would recommend this company to my friends if they were looking to have their TV's professionally installed. Very Pleased.

My installer (Steve) came to my house last weekend and did a great job. I wanted to make sure he gets recognition as I'm disabled and he was able to do everything just the way I wanted. I thought this was a great deal and I have recommended him to my cousin who is looking to do the same thing at his house.

These guys are VERY responsive! January 16, 2010

I had an installation done by these guys and I was impressed by how responsive they were. They were very flexible in scheduling the appointment and I did not have to wait long at all to get an appointment (I got an appointment exactly when I wanted -- 10-12 on a Saturday morning). The installer was polite and professional. There was one small mistake on the initial visit which I e-mailed the Zip people to complain about. I was pleasantly surprised that I received both an e-mail and friendly, earnest phone call the same day (it was a Sunday even!). Within two days, the installer was back to fix the problem. He wasn't cranky about it at all -- he apologized for the mistake, did a great job of addressing the issue, and I'm very happy with the whole thing.

My attitude is that mistakes are going to happen -- we're all human. What really separates the great companies from everyone else is how they handle their mistakes. These guys worked hard to earn my business, and I'm doubly impressed that they did it while charging such a low price. In a way, I'm almost glad that this little mistake was made, because it showed me how this company handles adversity -- they handle it well.
