Installation of the home theatre system February 22, 2010

The kid showed up I was sure wasn’t going to be able to install batteries in a remote control let alone a whole system and I didn’t have much hope for his helper.  However they did show up on time and he went straight to work checking on the wall and asking where I wanted this and where I wanted that.  We went downstairs and he pointed out where he would drill to run the wire.  They unboxed all of the equipment, measured everything, installing, the TV mount drilling for the speaker wires and making sure everything and I mean everything was level including the power outlet.  When they were done they cleaned up, and hauled off the boxes of trash for me as well. I’m not saying that everything went perfectly and there were some challenges for them that they had to overcome.  The best part was that he wanted to make it right for me.  That made the difference.  Honest, professional, friendly service, I am very glad to of had them come out.  The system looks great and we are very happy.

I am glad I called. I originally thought that I would do this myself with plastic molding that I bought from Home Depot. They ran the wires in the wall. Very clean. Very satisfied.

I upgraded my two old TVs to new HD TVs in anticipation to the June conversion but had no idea how to make them work or how to hang them on the wall.  I heard about Zip from my son in law and they were able to hang both of my new TVs on the wall as well as take one of my old TVs away.  They showed me how to use the new remotes and now everything works great.  I had no idea how much was involved with the new HD TVs and I'm REALLY glad I hired a professional to set it up for me.
