I had Zip calibrate 3 TVs for my new restaurant.  Zip had previously done the installation but I wanted to optimized the picture quality as the TVs are almost always on for customers.  There has been a noticeable difference and the process Steve did to do this service was very cool.  I've used Zip before and if we ever put more TVs in our venue we'll definitely have them calibrated.

I was unsure about the calibration when I bought it but it was totally worth it!  I watch a lot of HD movies and the clarity is MUCH better now.

I knew that what I read about calibration was right!  I did a lot of research about high definition TVs before I pulled the trigger to make the purchase.  I brought my TV home and plugged it in but it did not look as sharp as the one I saw in the store.  I found zip express installation on a blog in regards to calibrating your TV to get the most out of the picture quality and help with the longevity of the unit.  The tech was really helpful and provided me with a tutorial on how to use the spider kit to calibrate this set and future TVs.  Now I am watching true HD.  Thanks zip!
