Finally a company that stands behind their work January 17, 2010 Reviewer: Scott B from Susun City, CA   Finally a company that stands behind their work.  First setup wasn't up to expectations and called company to complain. Talked to Matt-K who set me up with appointment and within a couple of hours a tech was at my home and after a couple of tweaks, perfect home theater sound.  My high tech guru was Bryan Smith and a real professional in his craft.  Super Bowl will be a real treat and will definitely recommend Zip Express Installation to everyone. Great service/gift! January 16, 2010 Reviewer: KC from Minneapois   I can't even begin to explain what a great package this is. With the HD conversion, we purchased my parents a new television as an xmas gift. Having used Zip's services ourselves in the past, and since they live in another state (and are less than technologically literate), we purchased this package and Zip took care of everything for them. They've been using the new tv along with all of the components with ease. I'm told the technicians were great and patient while explaining everything as well. Well worth every penny. Fantastic service December 11, 2009 Reviewer: Judith C.   I would like to say the young man who installed our things to our new TV was very good.  He was right on time, polite, clean in appearance and came did what he came to do and left.  I would not hesitate to let anyone know what a good service he did for your company.  He was not gone but two minutes when my husband disconnected one of our remotes.  I called and he was back within an hour and showed us how to avoid doing this again and how to correct it.  Jeremy Blizard is an outstanding representative for Zip. So easy! November 30, 2009 Reviewer: Deborah G. from Suitland, MD   From start to finish, this was by far the easiest ordering process I've experienced. The customer service was superb and the support was phenomenal. If I had questions, they were answered immediately. I was almost wondering when something would go wrong but it never did!
