Good but had a few problems December 28, 2009

First of all this is a good wall mount for the price. However, I did have some issues that I did not have with my more expensive downstairs wall mount. I hung a 52" Aquos and the arm immedately bent downward. So much that I had to remove the whole mount and turn it upside down. I did this so I could tilt the screen up instead of down. I've now achieved a flat viewing angle. Also, my television NOTICEABLY tilted to the left. I put some of the spare metal washers underneath the mounting hooks, leveled it and now it's straight. Again, for the price I don't mind doing a little extra work. But if I'd paid more money, I'd be quite upset.

before purchase read reviews they help with installation
I bought one mount then ordered a second, it will hold and support a
heavy panel if you have it mounted properly.
pay attention to the center line or location of mount and your tv before install. and insure your mount is right side up. Both my mountes arrived as a pervious review stated upside down with head mount, you can disassemble tilt head section and install correctly, I suggest you do this anyway due to both my mounts the fasteners were loose. if you are installing on drywall wall do not attempt toogles for a heavy tv; fullow the other review with a piece of plywood. insure you have true support
for the money a great mount and you should enjoy it.

A challenge that works very well November 19, 2009

It was just what I wanted, but very heavy and cumbersome for one person to install and get it level and anchored securely. I highly recommend making it a two-person job. Flexibily and ability to point my HD TV in almost any direction makes this product very useful. And it was $100's of dollars less than at BestBuy.

Very happy with this product, very strong and did not have the problems with it being sloppy at all like some others did in thier review, would recommend to any one wanting a little flexablity with thier tv mount, great for being able to swing the tv out to hook up more cables or just to turn the tv outward to use the living space differently when company is over.

I purchased the Complete Wall Mount installation package from Zip on 8-07-09. The package came with a bracket, which was definitely high quality, but not what our odd-shaped room required. For only a little more, I was able to purchase the Sylvania articulating mount. The versatility is not even comparable to the other "full motion" brackets that we were shown to us in the store. The quality of installation service, product, and benefit of buying everything in one place could not be matched by any other retailer.  I would recommend Zip to any cautious consumer who wants to get the most for their money.
