I purchased a Logitech universal "smart" remote from your company along with my install and I just wanted to say how great everything is working. This thing is amazing! It's so much easier to consolidate to one remote control with all of our components.  I can dim the lights, turn on my blue ray, and set my surround for a movie all with the touch of a button. Jason, the guy that did our installation explained how to work our entire system (with patience-we are not tech savy) and set our remote to do exactly what we wanted. Thanks for great service and talented installers!

Knowledgeable & Friendly May 26, 2009

Last month I had purchased a Logitech remote from Amazon.com.  I found that zip express installation was the recommended installation company.  I now understand why.  Gary from zip called the night before the install to introduce himself, showed up on time, programmed my remote and sat down on the coach with me to show me how to use it. I would recommend zip to anyone!

Easier but not perfect June 8, 2008

I tried to do this myself but gave up.  I paid for this and the tech did a great job but what I wanted was more than the remote could do, I thought I was getting a good deal when I bought this older remote from Ebay.
