I have a home based business and don't know a whole lot about computers.  After recently making an attempt to go "paperless", I hired Zip to come in and set up the new equipment I purchased from Best Buy. The guy that came out was great. He didn't just set everything up and leave, but set up shortcuts to my email, bookkeeping software, etc. He personalized everything for me and made a list of passwords (because I'd never remember half of them) and user names. Everything is set up just the way I'd envisioned and it's so user friendly that I'm sure I'll never have an issue. I would recommend them to anyone that could use an expert to quickly and efficiently set up a home office. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable tech.

New Computer Problems June 6, 2009

I purchased a new computer system online and when it arrived, I connected it up and that is when my problems began. It kept asking me if I wanted to update this or install that. I am not great with computers but I thought I knew enough to set one up. I got frustrated with it and called these guys to come out. They arrived about 10 minutes late otherwise, the service was well worth the money. They spent several hours downloading updates and getting everything like it was on my old computer. Thanks

I purchased a computer for my mother that lives out of state so she could stay in contact with the grandchildren.  I knew that she needed more than a little assistance in getting her system set up properly.  The whole experience from zip was great!  The phone representative answered all of my questions and called her directly to set up a time that worked for her.  The tech was able to make her feel comfortable using her new computer from sending emails to searching the web.  Thank you for making this a seamless experience.
